Facility Rentals

At Beyond Elevation K9, our home is your home. If you would like to rent our sport arena for some extra practice time or to put on a special event, our doors are open!

Facility and Ring Rentals are available for a variety of uses; including, but not limited to:

• Individuals practicing Agility, Rally-O, and Other Dog Sports

• Teams practicing Flyball

• Clubs hosting Events and Meetings

• Individuals hosting Dog Birthday Parties

• Clubs hosting Trials, Competitions, Run-Thrus, and other Competition-Based Events

• Even just people looking for an indoor place to play with their dog

 

Our training facility is available every day of the year (weekends and holidays included) anytime from 8am-9pm daily.  Once you've been approved by Victoria, you will have access to our booking link to book a slot and pay.

The pricing structure is as follows:

Sports Arena (140' x 60') - South Loveland, CO

• $30/hour for BEK9 Students

• $40/hour for Non-BEK9 Students

• $60/hour for Non-BEK9 Instructors

 

For full day events, you can rent the entire 16,000 square foot facility for $800 per day. 7am - 9pm access

• No instruction is available during ring rental times.

• It is important to not leave your dog unattended at any time during your ring rental time.

• At the end of your rental, please return all training aids (stride regulators, weave pole wires, etc.) to where you found them. 

• Ring Rental fees must be paid prior to the start of your rental time.

• Remember to enter and vacate the ring DURING your rental time – budget your time appropriately.

• Accidents / Soiling

  ALL INCIDENTS (FECES, URINE, VOMIT) MUST BE REPORTED TO THE OFFICE

  ● The dog’s owner/handler must clean up the soiled flooring (buckets with cleaning supplies are locatedon the walls around the building)

  NOTE: Unreported incidents will be assessed a $20 Failure to Report penalty (all areas are under 24 hr video surveillance.)
