Rachel has been competing since she was a child and has been in dog sports for a decade. With focus on science based training methods and a background in behavior, she brings unique skillset to the world of agility training. Her focus on conceptual-based training, reinforcement mechanisms, and clarity in communication with the dog allows Rachel to address everything from complex training issues to the dynamic between a handler and dog running elite level courses. Successful with a variety of breeds of dogs, Rachel has a decade of medals at regional, cup, classic and national events.

Master/International Handling
In these International Handling workshops, you will have an opportunity to practice the skills needed to successfully complete these fun and fast courses, often seen in the AKC ISC classes or the Master Series, Biathlon, and Pentathlon classes in UKI. Skill building and training techniques will be provided as part of this curriculum. Workshops will last 3 hours each session. Saturday, November 8, 2025 1pm - 5pm

Distance, Duration and Distraction in Agility So often our dogs can perform a behavior in one context but not in another. They can be “fluent” in a behavior under certain conditions, but not other others or with additional stimulus. How do we isolate and train for these factors? That’s what the Three D’s are all about! Sunday, November 9, 2025 Lecture: 8am - 1pm Working: 2pm - 7 The lecture is open to anyone. It is required for anyone participating in the 3Ds working session.
